End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement — Effective August 1, 2026

1. License grant

Subject to these terms and an active subscription or trial, CNC Vector Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the web application.

2. Tiers and commercial use

Some plans include the right to use the Service and its outputs for commercial purposes (the "Full" plan). Lower tiers and the free trial are licensed for evaluation and personal/hobby use of the application itself; you always own the designs you create. Commercial-use rights to the Service are as described on the pricing page for your tier.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, resell or otherwise make the Service available to third parties, nor reverse-engineer it or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits. You may not share your account credentials or use the Service to build a competing product.

4. Updates

The Service is hosted by us and updated continuously; you always use the current version, and features may be modified, added or removed over time. These terms apply to the Service as updated unless a change is accompanied by separate terms.

5. Ownership

The application, including its code, design, and trademarks, is owned by CNC Vector Studio and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Outputs

Files you generate (vectors, G-code, images) are yours to use subject to your tier's commercial-use terms. The machining disclaimer in the Terms of Service applies.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it or your subscription lapses (for paid features). On termination you must stop using the paid features.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
