Terms of Service

1. Agreement

CNC Vector Studio is provided by Mobicon Line SRL (CUI 17238385), Str. Moise Constantin nr. 30, București, România ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using CNC Vector Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CNC Vector Studio is a web and desktop application for designing vector artwork and generating CNC toolpaths (G-code) and related export files. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of full functionality, no payment card required. After the trial, continued access to paid features (file exports beyond PNG, cloud sync, templates, and CAD import, depending on tier) requires an active paid subscription. Local design and PNG export remain free. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges for your chosen plan and billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Because a no-card free trial is provided, you are expected to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the designs and files you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service (for example, cloud project sync). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork you import.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to infringe others' rights or violate law.

9. Machining disclaimer

CNC machining is inherently dangerous. Generated G-code and toolpaths are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular machine, material, or operation. You are solely responsible for verifying toolpaths, feeds, speeds, fixturing, and safety before running any program. We are not liable for damage to machines, materials, property, or injury.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC Vector Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of România, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of România have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.

15. Right of withdrawal (EEA/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a new paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives immediate digital access, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin providing the paid features at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once they have been fully supplied for the period; where the right still applies, we will refund the unused portion on request. The no-card 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service before any payment. To withdraw, contact besliandrei@gmail.com.
